1. What you're buying

When you buy a muse, you get an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use that fictional AI character — her name, look, images, dossier sheet and Muse Bible — for personal or commercial purposes. That includes running her social accounts, making content, doing brand deals, selling products with her, and renaming her if you want.

2. The 1-of-1 promise

Each muse is sold once. After purchase we mark her SOLD, retire her Muse Bible, and will not sell, license or create new content of that character for anyone else. We may keep her original store images in our "Sold" archive to show she was part of the drop.

3. Delivery

Your Muse Kit (20 styled images, dossier sheet, Muse Bible and setup guide) is delivered by email within 48 hours of purchase. This is a digital product; nothing physical ships.

4. 7-day fix guarantee and refunds

If anything in your kit is off (a face mismatch, a text error, a missing file), tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it free. Because this is a one-of-a-kind digital product that is permanently retired once sold, all sales are final after delivery.

5. How you can't use her

No sexually explicit or adult content.
Don't present her as a real person in a way meant to deceive, scam or defraud anyone.
Don't use her to impersonate, harass or defame a real person.
Follow each platform's AI-content rules. Instagram and TikTok ask creators to label AI-generated content; we recommend labeling her as an AI creator.
Nothing illegal.

Breaking these rules can end your license.

6. Good to know

Every muse is a fictional adult character (21+) created with AI tools. She is not based on, and does not depict, any real person. Laws on copyright for AI-generated images are still developing, so what you receive is a license and our exclusivity promise, not a registered copyright.
